Initial reaction:
The phone is thick and heavy, looks very durable. Screen comes with pre installed protector.
Day 2. Battery life is phenomenal, orange button cover fell off and got lost.
One week. The phone does not receive or send MMS messages to iPhone users. Contacted customer support
2 months. Phone fell back side down on some gravel and broke the back glass for the camera.
3 months. Battery life not as good, phone still functions well. MMS still not working after various emails with customer service.
4 months. Replacement came in, same issue with that phone as well. Verified with carrier no issues with MMS.
Month 5. Fingerprint stopped working and is no longer a feature on this phone. The setting is on but cannot unlock or do anything fingerprint wise with it (apps, passwords, etc)
Overall very durable phone. I wish the OS was better. Would buy again if the issues were resolved.
