I couldn't reformat it on my computer nor on Vantrue S1 dual dash cam despite being able to do so when I first bought it. Vantrue ignores my message too when I contacted them. Extremely disappointing considering that I went an extra mile to buy their SD card for the car camera and it lasted only for 3 months. I ended up buying a Samsung SD card from Best Buy to replace this SD card.

Update:
Vantrue reached out to me to clarify about the issue I had and gave me some suggestions on how to resolve it. When everything failed, they offered to replace my SD card at no charge provided that I send them the faulty one so they can do some testings on it. The staff have been very courteous and proactive in helping me and I am very pleased with their post-sales service. I will buy from them again.
