This sim card works well in most EU countries. But we specifically bought it because the map/picture description showed that it covered the Balkan area which it actually did not. We tried everything we could in Serbia and Bosnia including calling customer service for help. We were told it was reported to the technical support team and they would email us with the solution. We never received any response whatsoever. There was 0 signal from this SIM card in the Balkans so we had to buy another card which completely missed the point why we chose to purchase this card. Disappointed
