Followed the instructions exactly and the results were poor. The screen protectors lined up perfectly until it was time to actually stick them on. With both attempts, the space for the front camera shifted and ended up getting covered up. The first one, the camera was completely covered. Couldn't get it moved back into place so I scrapped it and tried again. Second protector didn't shift as much but the camera was half covered, which was probably worse than before. Both times I had air bubbles of various sizes that would not come out. Before ripping off the second screen I decided to try getting the bubbles out using an old cardboard squeegee from my old Galaxy S9 Plus screen protector. For some reason it worked much better than what was provided with this kit, but by then I had a few fingerprints on the underside of the protector... So both times I had issues with the first half of the installation. Probably would have been better off with the two sticker method where you line up the protector, tape down one side with stickers, remove the backing and let the protector fall into place, then squeegee the bubbles out (but not with the squeegee provided).
The screen protectors are now protecting the bottom of a garbage bag.
The lens protector went on quick and easy but only time will tell if it actually stays on. It adds about 3mm of bulk but I have a thick phone case so it's not so noticeable. If your phone doesn't have a case with a cut out for the lenses, the protector is likely to catch on something and eventually get knocked off. I will update this review in a few weeks to report on how well this stays on. If only that is reliable, $13.59 is a lot of money for just two lens covers.
