This is a great product. We did not want a wifi enabled monitor, but which led us to the Hello Baby brand. We originally received an older version of this camera as a gift from our baby registry but there was an issue with the charging port. The customer service team was quick to respond and incredibly helpful in fixing the issue. The new monitor is working perfectly. The camera image and sound are clear, the distance is good, and the battery life is impressive.
