EDIT: 2 WEEKS SINCE RETURNING PRODUCT AND STILL NO REFUND....
Ordered a new samsung fold 5 phone. It showed up amazingly fast. When my husband opened it, it was black (we ordered blue), and it was all scratched up and the screen protector bubbled. It was definitely a used phone.
