Bought this SIM Aug 25th 2023 for a trip to Italy in Sept 9th 2023 to Sept 23rd 2023. Used 19.6 GB (14 days + 2 hrs) out of 30 GB (20 GB + 10 GB bonus).
Very pleased!
Inserted the SIM 2 hours before touch down in Rome, changed API settings to Orange International, put the phone to ROAM (this is a French cell number), restart the phone and the cell picked up the signal on landing around 11am. The SIM worked past 14 days and 2 hrs (Data and phone, we called back in Canada, just add two Zero in front of the desired phone number to dial) without any passport registration. Very impressed with that.
I did not need any tech support from Orange.
I thought that first day counts from 00:00 hours on first day of use, well that was not my case. It worked from 11am (first day of use) and 2 more hours on departure day (last day of use, the 15th day) .
Steve (Eternal Communications sales person) cautioned me about that.
Orange delivered more than promised in my case.
