The bag is great for my skis. It fits one pair of skis, boots, poles, helmet, jacket, snow pants, goggles, gloves, etc. Everything I need for the mountain fits in here! It's fantastic. The bag has a liner in it that is water resistant so after a day of riding, I can throw in my wet gear and bring them home without water leaking everywhere. The only downside is that my skis are 168cm and just fit inside the 175cm bag so I can't see it actually fitting larger skis.
The tie down straps would work for one snow board or one pair of skis. There is a pocket for ski poles.
