If you have a curved monitor, this would probably be good.
I have a flat 34", and so the middle bows slightly, making the monitor resolution distorted (and makes me dizzy trying to read text on my monitor). Also there is a small uncovered gap for me, which I assume would not be there if the monitor was curved.
