Started to Yellow after a 7 months . Proceeded to clean as per manufactures recommendation's
Baking Soda and also tried vinegar and water . The case cracked at the seams on both sides ( Longitude) . Now rendering it useless
Update :- Emailed the product support about described my experience about the product and the steps taken to rectify as outline on their website .
1. I am totally blown away by their Customer Service as they responded to my mail the next day ( Was not expecting such a fast response) . They apologized for my bad experiences and sent me a couple of replacements . Customer Service also informed me potentially what may have caused the protective case to yellow so quickly . I did already and purchase another case from another manufacture after reporting this to the TORRAS

1. A plus for response and Customer Service and who genuine really care about their Product and Customer satisfaction .
2. A plus - product care . recommendations I will take precautions on how to avoid yellowing of the case
I will give the replacement another trial as I really do like them
