This isn't too bad a phone considering it's a renew. Because it was a MOTOROLA I decided to change it. Good decision although a small crack on the cover I could've returned it, but was cheaper to simply fix it. However I now have an issue with the SPEAKER and will get an exchange. Good value + prompt service + return!
