Double check the cartridge number. When I was ordering the cartridge for my model of printer, I was presented with a selection of cartridges and I did not notice that not all the cartridges that were listed were for the model printer I was searching for. This cartridge number was similar for what I was searching for, but was 1 digit off and was incompatible when I attempted to install it .
