I originally purchase this product for my Samsung Galaxy S21 two years ago. It was easy to install and worked perfectly. When I upgraded to a S24 three months ago I once again ordered this product. The installation of the screen protector was different but the protection was again perfect. Last week the top left corner had a small air pocket that I could not remove. I contacted LK client help and was quickly told that another protector was to be sent to me. I had to prove my purchase with Amazon and a picture of the defect. I wish more companies would be as concerned for their customers as LK. John
