This is the absolute best toothpaste ever. I had a teeth cleaning done and she said I had one of the cleanest teeth she had ever seen. Which I was shocked because I occasionally forget to brush twice in a day.

Also, I have suffered with cavities for many years, until I started using this toothpaste I rarely get them now.
