The bench my husband made was nice, but quite slippery. My dining room floor was tile. So I glued this to the bottom of the bench legs. As long as I do not lift the bench myrself and move it, it will remain firmly planted on the floor. It doesn't move even when I sit down or stand up. Works really great. It feels a little pricey, but it's worth it.
