This stuff is good for quick protein in the morning or after a workout because it is surprisingly satiating, but it's difficult to make a smoothie or recipe with it. The sweetener is too strong for me, and it remains "grainy" no matter what you do to it. Tried shaking it with water, blending it with milk, blending it into a smoothie and using it in overnight oats. Meh...

I find it most palatable blended with milk and ice. It makes me bloat, but I think that's expected when trying a vegan protein powder for the first time. No other negative reactions otherwise. Probably won't buy this particular flavor again, but I might try the unflavored for more versatility
