Let me be clear - the camera is great! But can you compare Sony to Canon? NO. Why? It's not the quality of products, it's the customer service/representation and follow through. You pay $5,000 to buy a camera that you think will last you years, only to find out later it has an actual manufacturer default (specifically the mic/audio input) which is only a matter of time until it stops working. And then they go with their typical politically correct and diplomatic answers that go in circles until you run out of hope or breath to keep fighting and would rather pay yourself to repair it rather than them accommodating that repair for you. Multi-billion dollar corp, making the customer pay for repairing what would cost them cents. Shame! So disappointed.
