The product seemed to be a bit difficult to maneuver. But after some helpful feedback and willingness to help from the company, the set up was completed. The company responded and was very helpful. Make sure to use the screw at the back even though it doesn't seem like it fits at first. And if using an iPad, clamp the shorter side in and flip the screen. I know it seems logical but I didn't think of it until the company suggested it when I requested help.
