It works and has a ton of charge capacity to fully charge devices multiple times. It's too heavy though to be practical for carrying it around everywhere. I would recommend sacrificing some charge capacity to go for a lighter option if you intend to walk around with this in your bag. If you don't mind the extra weight, then it's a great product
