This printer is high quality, easy to set up, directions are simple and direct. The manual comes on a CD along with the set-up program. Online assistance is available although I did not need it because it was so simple and easy to get the printer up and running in less than 1/2 an hour. I would recommend this product without hesitation to anyone.
