There are several wedge pillow manufacturers so it can be difficult to find the right one. I needed one for my reflux and this one is great. It is nice and wide at 24”; I probably could have used a higher version than the 7.5” height one I purchased, but I just add a pillow. The low height has a benefit in that it still allows me to sleep on my side. Like other foam-based pillows, it comes pretty much flat and I was concerned that it would not be any where near the advertised size, but the next day it had reached full size and it is firm and supportive, without any odour. Overall, very pleased with the purchase.
