This setup works perfect to keep our 12V fridge in the truck bed while driving on camping trips. I ran a fused 10 gauge wire from the battery. When installing, do not try to cut a rectangle, get a stepped drill bit from harbour freight and drill 3 holes for the outlets. Then the rings are also holding it in place as well as the sheet metal screws.
