I wanted a watch to monitor my heart rate and give me an estimate on my O2 saturation since I had been having health issues. From what I can tell, it is fairly accurate for this. It is not at all accurate on things like steps taken, sleep cycles, etc. even with a current weight and height given. It generally vastly overestimates both, saying I have taken 50-100 steps in a day before I've even left my bed or saying that I went to bed hours earlier, even though I was awake reading a book.

There are a lot of free watch faces to choose from and the app is honestly very responsive and easy to use. The app is also not filled with ads or anything annoying, and the permissions required are not onerous and are easily changed without altering the functionality of the watch or app to a massive degree. Navigating both the watch menus and the app are easy and the UI is honestly top notch for both.

Battery life wise, you will have to change the settings (mainly the flip to turn on, screen brightness, and screen time out) in order to get the best battery life. With default settings, you will get maybe 1-2 days of battery life but with changing the settings, you can easily get a week or two out of it. It charges super fast (less than an hour) so it isn't much of an issue. I tend to charge it during showers and have yet to run into battery issues.

I do a lot of hands-on work and the watch itself has held up well to being accidentally whacked several times and dunked into water several more times. I have yet to have any issues with it overheating, even in fairly warm weather.

The strap it comes with is a basic silicon strap and thus, while comfy, isn't the most breathable and thus was causing a bit of skin irritation on my very sensitive skin. Thankfully replacement straps are cheap and super easy to find on amazon in a variety of materials and colours.

All in all, considering the price, it's a damn nice smartwatch. Looks good, decent functionality, and durable.
