Doesn't clean well. Software is a nightmare and not user-friendly. When wife first saw it, she asked me "why is there a toilet in the living room"? Tries several different times to get it to clean, but it had a mind of it;s own and did a lousy job of both vacuuming and mopping. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ITEM.
