Already had a Dr Grip for years for my arthritis but wanted another one for Red ink as I use Red a lot for work. I bought 2 as a coworker has developed arthritis and loved my original Dr Grip when she borrowed it. I am 55 and have had arthritis since I was child and I struggle with using regular pens at work, hands start to ache right away. With Dr Grip I can write up multiple forms with no aching. Was surprised that the price was same as my original one that I bought over 20 years ago. Highly recommend Dr Grip for anyone with arthritis. Pens arrived within 3 days
