I bought this for my husband who is NOT a fan of smart phones. He has voice & data. We got a great $25 plan on FIDO. I also bought a small sim card size data card so he can have picture ID for his contacts. A bit of a learning curve to get it connected to my computer (Apple) to load the pics. It is LOUD. He has no trouble hearing his ringtone or whoever is calling. You can also load a personal ring tone (also on the data disk). The texting is a bit slow (after using a smart phone) which is why I gave it a 3 for Easy to use. The keyboard is big and easy to see. Not the greatest camera but it is a feature my husband seldom uses.
