I’m really disapointed about the Iphone 11 I bought with this seller. The first device had a sound problem. Went to an Apple Store to get help, and the employee said that there was nothing we could do to repair it. The seller offered me to exchange the product. I said yes and he sent me another one. My use of the device is basic (social medias, pictures, some calls. No streaming and no fall on the ground or in the water…)The phone battery began to deteriorate badly around three months later. A few hours uncharged and it was over (had to charge it multiple times a day). In April, the battery was so bad, I couldnt use it without the charger. If I’d unplugged it to take picture, it would turn off. I went to the Apple Store (again) to see if they could fix it. They said that there was nothing they could do, and added that using this phone was really dangerous and it could explode…because the battery had swollen (see picture). This phone was 5 months old. Completely lost my money.
