Gave this to my mother-in-law as a belated Christmas gift in mid-January. She absolutely loved it. But, in mid-March it stopped working — it is just stuck on the Frameo loading screen. Frameo (the software developer) customer service recommended a few things, none of which fixed the issue. They said I’d need to speak with the maker of the hardware, AKImart, but I can’t find any way to contact them beyond leaving a review.

She’s really disappointed that this device stopped working as she was really enjoying it for the first 2 months.
