Received the unit about 2 weeks now. Device was relatively easy to get started, however, very disappointed about how ir functions as it is full of bugs, that need fixing. To start with, the time zone options are very limited and none match to Mt location in Saskatchewan, Canada. Ended up picking a location in Guatamal. The application on the phone does not sync to the software on the device. Therefore thing like the time zone had to be set on the device, rather than using the software app on my phone. The light settings for night settings makes the device unable to see the time when there are no lights on in the room. Just real buggy. I was also disappointed to find that the device does not seem to know much, the preprogrammed things are very childish like. It took quite some time to hear my voice, as I had yo yell at it to respond. I think the previous generation is a much better product than this 3rd generation device. I am hopeful to learn more about the device capabilities as right now it is nothing more than an alarm clock with no screen display at night for the time as it gets too dark. I adjusted settings to troubleshoot but just could not get it where it is more user friendly. Maybe the bigger devices work better, as it limits any app installs like Netflix or Instagram. These bugs leave me disappointed with the purchase. Alarm clock works good for simple settings.
