Normally we LOVE these monitors we have quite a few! But the new model we purchased came with a big scratch on the screen! The camera and everything else is fine but the scratch is upsetting, I tried contacting customer service to ask for just a monitor replacement but wasn’t able to get help as they just wanted me to place a return but I need to monitor for my baby till a new one comes.
