If you have been on the fence about buying an e-reader for years now as the market progresses and more and more competitors enter the game, I think now is a perfect time to bite the bullet. This is amazing device, and it’s thinness and lightness still impressed me in the year 2024. So many features about this kindle make it so perfect for reading anywheres. The warm white backlight is such a nice feature for when you're reading late at night in bed and don’t want to strain your eyes, or awaken others by having a lamp turned on.
I was not much of a reader until I bought my kindle. It eliminates almost all of the annoyances that come with reading physical books. The weight, the awkward mess of reading one handed (or no handed with a stand and remote!), not being able to read in the dark, the amount of space that a physical personal library takes up (let alone while travelling).
This is a perfect device with amazing battery life. I highly recommend it as a purchase for yourself, or a perfect gift for the reader in your life!
