This phone case has a nice rugged feel to it, yet it also feels sort of soft to the touch. The plastic is somewhat soft and pliable and a bit rubbery, so it seems like it will absorb the shock from dropping the phone. It is quite easy to put the case on and take it off.
The case does not come with a screen protector, which I wouldn't actually expect at this price point.
We ordered a translucent pink case for my daughter's black iPhone XR. In retrospect, we should've ordered a case in a solid colour, as the pink kind of gets lost in the phone's black colour. Otherwise, it is a nice looking case, and the wireless charging works fine with it. All the buttons and holes are perfectly located and function as expected.
