This is a nice looking phone and the fingerprint reader works well. BUT, the battery is terrible. I have to charge the phone 3 or 4 times every day. I contacted the seller when I first got the phone and they suggested that I had too many apps! I had the same apps that I had on my previous Umidigi A9 Pro and it worked well.

After posting this review, the seller contacted me saying "We'd like to address any issues or concerns you have. Your satisfaction is important so, please contact us by replying to this email and we’ll work to resolve your issues." I have sent several replies to them and have received no response!
