I got it from Amazon, it came on time. I registered my chatr sim card on chatr site for first time. I didnt have to make the trip to go to the chatr store and waite forever! You need to find your phones I'm code on the back of your cell phone with the sim card code on the sim card. Than pay your plan on chatr site. First time chatr put a hold on my money. I end up making 2 payments. I have paid for 2 months than! When you make transfer of your phone to chatr, be careful. With public phone I waited till my next voucher and public phone isnt transferring my no to chatr. Now I have to pay 1 more month with public phone beside my chatr subscription!!!! Public phone suspended my old phone no till I pay for this month!!!!!! Hopefully public phone will allow me to transfer my old no and replace my old number with chatr's temporary phone no! You have to change your access points on your phone setting in order to make new chatr internet to work on your phone! Google on how to do it! It's very easy!
