I purchased this phone for my mother who was having difficulty with operating a smart phone.
This phone has large buttons , incredible volume and "tells " you what button you've pushed. It says "one" when you press 1 etc.
It is less than intuitive when it comes to setting it up but , with a little effort, works fine.
The only issue we're having is with battery life. It does not last for even a couple hours.
I have contacted the seller and they decided to send me a link to where I can buy another battery?!!
This is a new phone. Shouldn't the battery work when the the phone is new?
I think that I will unfortunately have return this item. I wish the seller would make it right because she likes this phone :-(
