I have attached my tag to my keys like a keychain. Not only do they constantly go off when they are in your pocket (even when wearing lose pants) and under seemingly no pressure, but I have now several times been woken up in the middle of the night with the SmartTag beeping on its own while laying on the table with nothing what so ever pressing on it.
I have considered shutting off this button to avoid the massive annoyance of my pocket constantly beeping throughout the day (which is not only inconvenient, but inappropriate if you are in a work meeting or a quiet environment) but it then defeats the purpose and programmable functionality of the tag.
Best of all, and likely due to the hyper-sensitive button, I am now being prompted to change my battery, despite these tags only being a week old.
Nowhere close did this get me the 500 day battery life promised.
I am beyond disappointed in this product. This is a total throw-away for me.
