The chickens and ducks really enjoy the dried black soldier fly larvae. Yes, the birds did notice the difference between this product and the meal worms. They didn't gobble them up as quickly for the first few days. But they soon adjusted to the Black Soldier Fly Larvae and now ask for second helpings! The cost is less than the meal worms which helps the pocketbook.
