I've been using this product for over a year. This cleaner can eliminate urine/ammonia odour from your pets better than any other products I've tried. I dilute 30 mL of the cleaner to 1L with clean, cold tap water. Avoid air bubbles in the tap water when diouting unless you want insane amount of foam.

We had a serious odour problem from dead rodents. For some reason, they kept entering a crawlspace under our house to breathe their last. (Maybe the space had some kind of "rodent Valhalla" quality?)

Our exterminator finally identified the problem and sealed the area, but the smell remained. My wife and I debated over ordering this spray, or the (much) more expensive "professional" spray our exterminator recommended.

We gave this a try, and it worked terrifically. The odor was gone within an hour, and there was no unpleasant residual smell (for us, at least—though others here have reported one).

Thank you, EZ-Clean! (Unfortunately, in Canada this would be pronounced "E-Zed Clean", which ruins the joke... Oh well. It's a great country, in general—but if you're looking for yocks, you're probably better off elsewhere. 😐 )

This is a miracle product. Last summer we bought a house and when I tell you the cat smell made it uninhabitable I am not even kidding.

We had planned to gut it anyway, so weren't worried. Until one month later and guy job completed it STILL SMELLED. A little research led me to this stuff and I am a believer. Three days of spraying and drying and the scent was GONE. We finished our Reno's and happy to report a year later and the smell never came back, even through a winters heating and a couple of hot, humid heatwaves already this summer. I now have two bottles on hand for any time the neighborhood cats find their way onto my porch and spray my plants or anything else. A few little spritz and the smell is gone.

After reading so much about how this smell is permanent had me crying literal tears but this stuff really really works. Recommend it to everyone.

So I was a little sceptical after reading about this product I didn’t think that anything would actually be able to get rid of the smell of cat urine. I’ve recently had a problem with two of my cats who decided to start going outside of the litter box in one corner of our basement on our carpet. We’ve tried cleaning the carpet with different products and like shampooing it, but we couldn’t get rid of the smell or get the cats to stop After trying this product and using it on that spot in our carpet, there is absolutely no smell left. The cats aren’t going back to that corner anymore. I was completely blown away with how well it had worked when using it, it does have like a peppery kind of spicy smell, which is a weird thing to say about a cleaning product but honestly I would definitely recommend this if you are having any sort of urine smell from an animal. in fact, I did recommend it to a woman in an online group who was looking for help to get rid of the smell of some cat urine. A little of it really did go along way. I didn’t have to use much and I am just incredibly happy to not have to worry about my cats using my basement carpet as a litter box anymore.

Despite other reviews, this product has a pretty strong perfume like odor. Luckily the perfume smell dissipates within 20 minutes or so but it is not mild.

I bought this after purchasing the "zero" brand odor eliminator. The zero brand worked unbelievably well but is quite expensive. Zero brand has very little odor other than a very slight bleach like smell but it eliminates all odor. It's incredible.

This product is probably about 30% as effective as the Zero brand. It does a decent job but the smell is still there. I've been using it for stinky dog smell on the couch. It works but not the best. Too bad, I was hoping to save some money.

Update: It's been a few days, and some hot humid weather. No hint of urine odour. FINALLY 🙌🏻 Definitely try this.👏🏻

I've tried a few enzyme cleaners.
They seem to work for a few days then the odour comes back. (Dog urine)
This product has eliminated the odour so far. I'm not a big fan of the fragrance. However, it's better than dog urine.
Bless my puppy with the excitable bladder 🫠😆

I will update in a few days to confirm if the odour stays away. 🤞🏻
