If you're anything like me, these are the reasons why I hate making ice in the freezer in ice cube trays:1. I always spill the water.2. There's never room in my freezer.3. The ice cube trays are annoying to clean.4. There always seems to get little bits of stuff in the cubes, ew.This machine solves all of that!PROS:1. It doesn't take up much counter space.2. It's super quiet.3. It has a self-cleaning function.4. It makes like 8 ice cubes in 6 minutes.Once the basket fills up, I just dump it into a freezer bag and keep the bag in my freezer. I didn't realize how much I missed having ice until I bought this. It's so nice to be able to always have ice to make iced coffee or add to smoothies or put in my glass of water etc.CONS:I only knocked off a star sometimes you have to move the ice around a bit in the basket once the "Ice full" light comes on in order for it to keep making ice and filling the basket (It detects that it's full before it's actually full), so this means I have to pay attention to it if I want it to fill up all the way. But honestly, not a big deal.This icemaker also came with some cute stickers, which I thought was a nice touch of the company. I cannot wait to use this machine in the summer, but I honestly think it's something I'll use year round, especially for parties and such! I'll always have ice for my whiskey - woohoo!

I like this ice-maker (it’s the first one I’ve had), and do not regret buying it (on sale).
It is compact and can make (a little bit) of ice fairly quickly. The 2 flaws are:
1. Ice is tiny, and you really only get 1/2 a cup of ice every 6-8 min.
2. It does not keep the ice refrigerated, so the little ice that is made will start to melt unless you move it from the ice-maker to your freezer within a few minutes.
Neither of these are major issues for me. I don’t use tons of ice anyways; and I just turn it on on a Sunday and let it run until my freezer has enough ice for the next week.

This is such a great ice maker for such a low price, my spouse and I absolutely love it and can't really go without it now. It works so well and makes ice so quickly. Easy to fill up and just easy in general. I love this thing. I've had it about a month now and use it all day every day and it still is working perfectly. It also came with a big sheet of cute/hilarious stickers, some of them have nothing to do with ice makers whatsoever but the brand must make other things besides this and just put a sticker sheet in anything they send lol, it's a cute touch though. We put one of the stickers on the machine and it looks like it belongs there. You do need to buy de-scaler/cleaner for it, the ice will start tasting weird if you don't clean it out and cycle some water through it afterwards. The only small complaint is that I wish there was a place to put the scoop, we just have to set it on our counter. At least it does stand upright, the end of the handle is flat so you can stand it up next to the machine. It would just be nice if there were a different spot on the machine for it to go. Other than that, I love this! It gets me drinking water wayyyy more than I usually would... I have a hard time drinking water if it's not cold and now that we have this I'm drinking ice water constantly. Oh, also the machine is a tiny bit on the loud side, I really don't mind though at all, it doesn't bother me. My spouse had been worried before it was delivered that it would be annoyingly loud and she says it doesn't bother her either, it's not as bothersome as she thought it would be.

So when I receive my package, I let it sit on the counter for about one hour. I put two cold bottles of water in there and that is equivalent to the max line. About six minutes in the ice cubes started to fall. I put a timer on the microwave at five minutes, just to see. The ice does immediately start to melt so with that being said it is good to put it in the freezer or your cup. It does come with ice bags. I didn’t count them. I just kind of chunk them in my drawer. With the equivalent of two bottles of water, which is about 12 ounces I think you get about 120 something odd of ice cubes I did put it on Small. I like to eat ice. I am going into great details with this ice machine because one I love to eat ice and two because I want people to know how the ice machine really works, I have only had it for one day so please do not roll your eyes and I will update later. Also in the box came QR scan to get additional one year warranty for the product to what extent the extended warranty is for I do not know, I will update that later as well , but for the most part, I didn’t time the duration of the output on the ice but guessing eight cubes about every 5 to 6 minutes. Happy chewing.

I loved this when I first got it. I don't have an freezer with ice maker so this was a good option. It worked great. Yes, the ice melts but it's on the counter, which is to be expected. The "older" ice will melt faster, but it cools the water down quickly. Unfortunately, it has been 5 months and it stopped working. It will turn on but won't actually make the ice.

Update: I reached out to the seller and they reached out to me as well. They replaced my machine free of charge, which is wonderful. They assured me that there must be some defect. The new one is working great. Hopefully it doesn't stop. If it does, then I will come back and update my review.

love it makes large and small bullet shaped ice. 12 at a time takes about maybe 10 minutes. wont make more if basket is full. comes with bags. you do have to put in freezer it will melt.
