Colour Name: New Hope Gray & ClearVerified Purchase
It has a more premium look and feel compared to the replacement buttons some shells come with or third party buttons. The engraved letters in Extremerate's regular replacement joycon buttons works fine, but I'm picky and want the printed letters like the stock joycon buttons. There are no printings on these buttons, but it is ok since the engraved feeling is gone. This is thanks to that "jelly" layer that covers the button.
This "jelly" layer is smooth to the touch, almost slippery as if it were glass, but not in a bad way (my preference). The directional buttons and the ABXY buttons seem to be slightly rounded at the top or have rounded edges, the screen capture and home button are completely flat, and I saw no difference in the plus and minus buttons.
I didn't like how these looked when I installed them. The style is growing on me now though, and I'd definitely want to try out the other colour options. I wish the white jelly buttons were available here.

This set of buttons came with extra screws, buttons, a really nice screwdriver with both the necessary screwdriver heads. And after finding a yt tutorial it was super easy to install. I think the only con is no instructions but that’s whatever. Note that you will need very fine tweezers for the ribbon cables. Good luck! Also my joycons have a case on it ( not included with the buttons lol)
