I used the Jethro card on a cycling trip in the US (I am from Canada). Once installed the card worked great. It did take a while to set up though and several tries before it would actually load on the website. There were a group of us and we had all installed Jethro cards with varying degrees of set-up time.

So, in conclusion, the product once installed was excellent; but the online installation process was frustrating.

My complaint was the number of robo calls that I received daily. I had to finally set my phone to receive only calls from those in my contact list.
