The mopping pad technology has gone from great to worse. The dual spray nozzles behind the pad does not soak the pad evenly and also does not apply pressure evenly. This combo makes the mopping pad leaves dry streaks on the floor (especially is the floor is vinyl).

They should have put 3 nozzles in a triangular pattern instead and may be a thicker mop pad might help. Also the new small edge mop gets stuck under area rug edges while getting on it.

The Dual Roller picks up the carpet edges and rolls over.

Update: I am bumping up one more star as Roborock has reached me ( after reading my review here) and asked for my suggestions/feedback on how the product can be improved
