A good quality PD3.0 E-Marker charging cable and a decent price.
This review evaluates the “3.3FT 100W E-Marker USB 2.0 Braided USB-C to USB-C Cable” made by BENFEI.The product was shipped without wasteful packaging. What’s in the box: one (1) 3.3FT 100W E-Marker USB 2.0 Braided USB-C to USB-C cable. Oddly there was no instruction or specifications on a sheet or the box. I tested the cable with my ASUS ROG G14 laptop with a Thunderbolt 4 port.Overall, the build quality of the cable appears very decent. The cable has a nice durable, flexible, braided-nylon sheathing. This cable had average sheathing thickness when compared to similar cables however it was noticeably more flexible which I liked. The cable was 3.3ft long and the area around the connectors had extra flexible stress-reducing rubber reinforcement. The connectors are encapsulated with a metal cap. The cable has a built-in E-marker chip that supports PD3.0 fast charging (up to 20V/5A) and has built-in protection from short-circuiting, overheating, overcurrent, and overcharging. It supports USB 2.0 data transmission rates up to 480Mbps.I plugged in the devices mentioned above and the cable performed as expected. It charged my laptop and it registered with no errors. Data transfer rates were consistent with USB 2.0 standards (which is well under my Thunderbolts USB 3.2 rate) without errors. I found that these cables are of excellent quality for charging and general data use.I am evaluating this product as part of the Amazon Vine program so I am limited to a 30-day window to submit a review. Only time will tell if they have similar longevity and effective service life as other competitive products on the market. Therefore, I am going to monitor this product over the next 8-12 months of use and revise my review should problems arise.Cost-effectiveness and value: At a current price of $12.99, I feel that it is very competitively priced and is of good value compared to those of other companies. In summary: the “3.3FT 100W E-Marker USB 2.0 Braided USB-C to USB-C Cable” made by BENFEI appears to be decently made and functions as advertised. Only time will tell if they have similar longevity to other equivalents. The cable is competitively priced and is of good value should it have a similar effective service life. I would recommend this product without reservation.Pros 👍:✔ Competitive price.✔ Ultra-flexible and durable braided-nylon sheathing.✔ Flexible rubber reinforcement at the connectors to relieve bending stresses.✔ Metal encapsulated connectors.✔ Fast USB2.0 480Mbps data throughput – good for most general applications.✔ Delivers error-free 100W PD3.0 fast charging (up to 20V/5A) via a Thunderbolt port.✔ Built-in E-marker chip that supports PD3.0 fast charging and has built-in protection from short-circuiting, overheating, overcurrent, and overcharging.✔ Good value for the quality and functionality delivered.Cons👎:✘ None!

Cable chargement rapide pour Samsung flexible et de très bonne qualité
Reviewed in Canada on February 26, 2024
Although this is a good cable, I am disappointed to see that it came in a generic box with no specifications written on the box or the package. All of the product info and specifications I have come from the product web page. This can be okay for generic cables without any advanced specifications, but this cable seems to have some interesting features, at least according to the product web page. Why not put that on the box to impress buyers?
If we get back to the cable itself, it definitely has the "looks" with its white braided cover on the outside. It came out of the box wound in a loop, something I admire. Some cables come folded with 180 degree bends, and often the bends remain after you unfold the cable; this is like damaging the cable before even it is sold. This cable, as I mentioned, was wound in a loop as you can see in the photo; however, there still seemed to be some bends on the cable. The good news is those bends are not permanent, when you "unbend" them manually, they recover their straight shape. I imagine this is what they mean by "tangle free". The only thing is that you need to reshape the cable yourself, it does not straighten on its own.
Regarding the specifications, I could test it for 60W charging and it seems to work fine. I have not used it for data transmission, but the web page indicates that it has a 480Mbps transfer rate. Although they indicate this as a fast speed, it is actually the slowest speed for a USB-C cable with the USB 2.0 standards. USB 3.0 cables have transfer rates of 5 or 10 Gbps, but you don't normally expect the highest data transfer rates from 100W charging cables unless you are willing to pay several times the price.
Overall, this is a nice cable, both with its looks and with its charging power rating. It feels like a bendable and shapeable cable. The only reason I have cut a star from my rating is because it came in a generic box with no specifications. One cannot be sure this cable is the one that was actually advertised on the web page. All the specification information comes from the product page.

This BENFEI USB C to USB C Cable is pretty good. It's more flexible than many cables I've used, which makes it easy to handle and less prone to tangling.
This cable is fantastic for fast charging, supporting up to 100W power output. The inclusion of an E-Marker chip ensures efficient power management across different devices.
However, it's worth noting that the cable supports only USB 2.0 data transfer rates. While this speed is sufficient for routine tasks and most phone or tablet connections, it might not be the best fit if you're looking to transfer data from devices that require faster speeds, like some high-end cameras or external SSDs.
✔ Pros:
Braided, flexible, and durable design
Supports up to 100W fast charging
E-Marker chip for efficient power management
Tangle-free
✘ Cons:
Limited to USB 2.0 speed for data transfer

The BENFEI 100W USB C cable works great! I love how this braided cable never tangles when you pull it out of your work bag and it's flexible too because of the silicon core! The build quality is excellent, with extra protective materials around the connector which are typically the weakest area. Another benefit is that this cable has a built in E-marker chip which helps protects your battery. So far, with all my testing of charging and data transfer, it matches pretty close to the OEM cable that my phones or computer comes with so can only assume that it's meeting the specs in their description.
Currently, the price is showing $8.99 which is a great price for a nylon braided cable with E-marker chip!
