Simple and effective for carrying running shoes
This is a useful and practical item. You slip your shoes into the silicone straps with the soles of the shoes facing each other then once they are in the straps you can attach it to your bag using the included clip. The straps are lightweight and can either be left hanging on your bag or folded into a small pocket. I find it easier and quicker to get on if I slip the front toe of the shoe in first then pulling the heel strap over the back of the shoe. A simple and effective solution.

Very easy to don and doff. It’s like wearing socks but on your shoes. Similar to winter crampons.

I wear a size 11 and they fit well without the need of excessive force. Very easy to use. The carabiner is not the best quality but it does the job. Hook it anywhere outside your bag.
