Package came falling apart. I think it was previously returned because it was taken out of the packaging and parts were damaged. I had to drill new holes in the metal bracket that attaches to the wall in order to mount to a center stud because the very middle holes are blocked by the arms. I had other issues with mounting to the back of the tv as well. I have used a dozen different wall mounts and this was the most frustrating and took the longest. I am a handy person and these things are typically easy for me. I did end up getting it mounted but it was frustrating. Would not buy again.
