I have been using this second security Ring camera with a solar panel charger. It keeps charging very well even in Canada's cold winter-spring weather (February - March ).

Very satified with this purchase until now.

I do not recommend this if you live where your temperature drops below +10. Twice we’ve had this work, each time for approximately 24 hours each time. The solar panel is real crappy. Now I’m left with a camera I can’t use, a solar panel that’ll end up in the garbage and having to purchase a bigger solar panel to keep the camera powered. I do not recommend.
