I did not want to pay $140 for official Steam Deck dock with all the exact same features.
Many reviews reported issues if using HDMI switch or Ethernet hub/router.
Thought id try this one out, everything works perfectly as long as there is no other hardware between the dock and your components.
From the dock my HDMI goes straight to TV (No HDMI switch in between), Ethernet goes straight to modem (No hub or router in between), then for USB's I have 1 for external HDD, 1 for PS4 charging stand, and one for Couchmaster Cycon² which has my KB, Mouse and Headset.
If you require additional USB like I do, I can only confirm it works when using a Powered USB Hub, the Cycon² has its own power plug so its not trying to power all the peripherals through the Dock, if you try and power everything through the dock alone, then your Steam Deck will most likely not be able to charge while in use.
I'm extremely satisfied with this dock and 100% recommend trying this before spending $140+ on the official dock.
