1.It opens by turning the top and bottom parts in opposite directions. Please apply more pressure.

2. Please try to open a child-proof cap the first time. push down firmly & turn.

The bottle doesn't spray? How to use it?

1. Please pulling back the plastic part along the top and using plyers to turn the rubber nozzle counterclockwise.

2. If unfortunately the bottle does get clogged, please be advised to try fill it with diluted vinegar and spray the vinegar all out to see if the clogging inside the nozzle would get dissolved.

The lid was SUPER hard to open the first time. I twisted as hard as I could (i am by no means weak!!) about 6 or 7 times before the lid popped off, now its super easy to open... maybe something in the manufacturing seals it? it takes a bit of pumping to get the water to flow, but once you do its a nice fine mist that comes out. i did find that after using it the 'continuous flow' (which is, by the way, a description of the flow continuing while the trigger is released in order to squeeze it again, NOT a one press continuous-till-it-runs-out-like-a-pressurized-aerosol as some expected?!) stopped working. I removed the lid and re-attached it and the pump began once again functioning as it should.
The spray bottle functions as expected but because the lid was initially SUPER tight, and the spray sometimes falters (ease of use) along with the somewhat high cost i only give it 4 stars.
as for the durability? i will update this review if anything goes unexpectedly.
if you need a fine mist spray bottle and don't mind spending a bit extra for continuous spray (keep pumping tho!) then this is a decent choice.

Hold the top in one hand the the bottom part in the other hand and twist in opposite directions. You don't have to twist hard and voila it is open!
