I love this suitcase! It has some weight to it even empty but it's really good quality. I've used it on a few flights and ferry crossings now and I don't even see a ding on it. I've had it packed to the max every time I've used it with no issues.

Beautiful colour, smooth wheels, pretty light but sturdy! Went to the airport to check it with the cage carry-on sizer, it fits well with a little room to spare. If you're looking for an Air Canada approved carry-on, this is the one. I haven't really take it to fly yet, so I'll be back in a few months if anything happens.

I was travelling from Canada to Caribbean as soon as I bought this bag. On my way back to Canada, the zippers were broken and bag was scrapped up and dusty. The marks are still visible. Very light quality bag.

I love the colour-would have loved a more pink, but this was good! We were traveling on a tour and to Australia! It was prefect to fit above in the airplanes! It would never fit under seat!! It was the proper fit for air Canada airlines guild lines! I did lots of research! I even measured with my neighbors Monos case and it was the same size, but one inch smaller inside? That’s ok we think this case was lighter in weight! I fit 8 outfits, two extra shirts, 2 bathing suits, one cover up, one pair of dress shoes and fit my two clear silicone bags of toiletries 20x20 inches, which I bought on Amazon! Never got weighted at the airport and never got asked to open it! And we took 3 flights to get to my destination! Wheels are amazing no problems! Easy only when I put our backpack on top as they were heavy too. We packed a lot in this suitcase!

I love the color of this suitcase! It also glides smoothly while running through the airport, and I love how both sections of the suitcase are zippered off. The airline luggage handlers on my last flight scuffed it up in a few spots, but all the scuffs came out at home when I cleaned it. I will say, the title of the listing made me think this was the normal carryon size piece, but it turns out it's the compact carryon size. So that was a little annoying, but probably better for international travel anyway. I was able to pack for a week in this, so definitely large enough. Great brand and I'd recommend it to anyone!

I like the brand, as i have a softside carry on, and the color. I will be using it in my travel soon, and hope that it won't break or dent easily. The only issue i have was the handles were tight and hurt my hand when i grab them. How can i make the handles loose, easier and more comfortable to grab? Please reply for the solution of my issue! Thanks! Unfortunately, today is past the date to return it.

Love the color and the zippered compartments inside. It would have been nice to have straps to secure things as well but I use packing cubes anyway so not a deal breaker. I ordered one that was "like new" and the only thing I found was one wheel was slightly scuffed but for the price not a deal breaker, besides the airlines/airports will do worse. Overall great bag for the money and will fit nicely in the overhead bins, I would definitely recommend this brand.

My husband and I were preparing for Trip to Europe, to three countries. We wanted to Only utilize Carry on luggage. After reading many different reviews, we selected Travel Pro hardside luggage. They are very roomy and sturdy. The luggage is lightweight and has very smooth wheels that stood up to lots of use. The wheels were able to handle being rolled over uneven paths, dragged up concrete stairs, fits perfectly in Overhead bins. We are looking forward to years of use and highly recommend this

I purchased a Maxlite Air 25 inch suitcase on April 10th of this year. On my second business trip slightly over 1 month from purchasing suitcase the wheel broke while wheeling through parking garage at airport(the suitcase was weighed in at 37 lbs on airport scale). First I tried calling the customer support number only to be told they are too busy to take call and automated system ends call. I submitted the online claim for reapir on May 15th. On both the acknowledgement email and on website it says please give 3 to 5 days for response. We'll it is May 30th and still nothing. I tried calling again and once again automated system ended call after holding saying they are too busy. I tried chat after that and even though on chat it says they should get with you in about 5 minutes it is now 4 pm and my chat has been ended after waiting 47 minutes for some help. I will never buy another Travelpro item in my life and I will strongly urge others NOT to purchase their product. I understand a wheel can break on any luggage as bags are roughly handled by the airlines, all i wanted was some help so I can get a functioning suitcase and I have been more than patient but after going on a third week trying every available communication method listed at their website I am done wasting my time and effort for a company that clearly has the worst customer service I have experienced.
