Do not buy this machine!

We’ve purchase this machine and with less than one year of use, even after following all the steps with routine cleaning and maintenance, the motor inside started leaking. We’ve reaching out to the company by email. Because they don’t have a customer service phone line. We have been getting the runaround. Mind you, it was still under the one year warranty. Be aware with this company! I do not recommend.

Fairly dissatisfied with this purchase. It was an exciting buy for a birthday event. We tested it the day before to get the right consistency and make sure the set up matched the specs. During the party it crashed several times. We did everything by the book.

The pics are not accurate. I was hoping to put it on the counter and there was no way. The package arrived over 200lbs and it was about 5x bigger than the photos.

I’m not sure what we’re going to do with this large commercial grade machine. It doesn’t work properly.
